SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central also helps organizations engage and empower their entire workforce including Human Resources, managers, and employees.

Learning objects?
  • You should be able to create / change a permission group by defining people pool parameters.
  • You will learn how to add a new employee through front end and via import file, and how to set up a mass change.
  • You will understand terminate an employee and redistribute remaining direct reports.
  • You will learn how to approve a pending change request. Participants of workflows will need to approve requests.
  • You will know how to create a new event reason for an existing event.
